Position Overview

The Vice President (VP) of Operations will lead the company's strategic operational planning and oversee daily operational management. This includes managing production, coordinating supply chains, optimizing processes, maintaining quality, controlling costs, and advancing operational efficiency. The VP’s role is pivotal in ensuring scalable, stable, and sustainable growth while enhancing the company's competitive edge in the global jewelry industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop medium- to long-term operational strategies and management plans.

• Drive continuous improvements across production, supply chain, and business operations.

• Supervise operations spanning jewelry design, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, and delivery.

• Coordinate suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to enhance supply chain cooperation.
• Ensure punctual, quality product delivery to satisfy market and customer needs.
• Analyze and streamline key business processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Promote adoption of digital operational management platforms and systems.
• Set operational KPIs and pursue continual performance enhancements.
• Implement cost-reduction initiatives to improve profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, supply chain, procurement, sales, product development, and quality management to align goals.
• Build efficient collaborative frameworks for cross-departmental project execution.
• Develop and lead operations teams to strengthen organizational competencies.
• Devising strategies to optimize operational costs and maximize resource utilization.
• Interpret operational data and market trends to formulate improvement plans.
• Balance cost-control measures with quality and delivery performance.
• Support business expansion and international market penetration.
• Identify operational risks and establish mitigation protocols.
• Develop an operational risk management framework to secure business continuity.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements across production and supply chain activities.
• Lead ongoing improvements to maintain operational reliability.

Qualifications and Experience

• 20 to 25 years of experience in operations or supply chain management.
• Minimum of 8 years in senior leadership roles such as Director or Vice President.
• Preference for backgrounds in jewelry, luxury goods, manufacturing, or premium consumer sectors.
• Experience managing global supply chains, production, and international operations is advantageous.
• Strong strategic planning, organizational, communication, coordination, and execution skills.
