Role Overview
We are currently looking for a Vehicle Dispatch Specialist who owns their vehicle and possesses a relevant degree along with prior experience. The role entails managing the dispatching of self-owned vehicles to support material transportation efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate dispatch of self-owned vehicles in alignment with operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate records for drivers and vehicles involved in transport.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse and production departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor trip completion and promptly report any discrepancies or issues.
- Guarantee timely, reliable, and efficient dispatch services.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in vehicle dispatch or transport coordination roles.
- Excellent organizational skills combined with strong communication abilities.
- Capability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
