Role Overview
Join iPropertyGo as a UX/UI Designer within the User Experience team, based in Seattle, WA. You will be responsible for mastering the product's technology and features, delivering insightful research and impactful user-centered designs that enhance business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive understanding of your assigned product's technical details and functionalities. Conduct research to uncover human and business insights that will shape product design. Create diverse UX deliverables such as competitive analyses, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes aimed at resolving actual user challenges. Effectively communicate UX research findings and design solutions to the design department, cross-functional partners, and other team members, ensuring clarity and simplicity in explanation.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should showcase a portfolio with refined and well-structured customer journey projects. Demonstrated industry experience of over five years in interactive or visual design is required. Strong interpersonal communication skills and awareness of trends in mobile, communications, and collaboration technologies are essential. Proficiency in producing polished prototypes and mockups using tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch is mandatory. Candidates must be capable of accurately scoping, estimating efforts, and managing task priorities independently. A proven record of contributing to product launches through design work is expected. Qualification should include a Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
