Role Overview

The US HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the complete onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate background verification, and coordinating smoothly between recruitment and operations teams in a US IT staffing context.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle all onboarding and offboarding activities for US IT staffing.
• Coordinate and monitor background verification (BGV) procedures meticulously.
• Ensure compliance by managing documentation accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment and operations departments.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
• Support overall HR operations specific to US IT staffing processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in US HR operations focusing on onboarding, offboarding, and background verifications.
• Knowledge of US IT staffing environment and associated tax terminologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Competent in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong coordination skills.

Applicants must hold at least a graduate degree.

Location and Work Details

Position is based onsite at Chennai, T. Nagar.

Salary Information

The salary package ranges from 350000 to 425000 INR annually.
