Key Responsibilities

• Provide detailed written feedback to enhance AI training and refinement.
• Assess scenarios covering claims investigation, record-keeping, reserving, and resolution processes.
• Identify compliance or procedural concerns grounded in professional knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in insurance claims or operational roles.
• Previous roles may include Claims Manager, Claims Analyst, Insurance Operations Analyst, or Subrogation Specialist.
• Professional designations like CPCU, ARM, ACAS, or FCAS are advantageous.
• Comprehensive knowledge of claims lifecycle, coverage scrutiny, and established industry practices.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to offer well-structured, clear feedback.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, asynchronous setting.

Work Environment and Expectations

This position is fully remote and self-regulated. Participants manage tasks on their schedule within pre-agreed weekly hour targets. The role involves minimal meetings, with prompt onboarding generally within 24 hours of acceptance. Quality and precision of feedback are prioritized over quantity.

Compensation and Commitment

• Hourly rate: $100 to $125 USD
• Payments processed biweekly via Deel
• Commitment of at least 10 hours weekly, typically 15-20+ hours
• Long-term contract with possible retainer options for high performers
