Role Overview

Join our Global Treasury and Finance Operations team as a Treasury Analyst focusing on reporting, automation, and data infrastructure. You will spearhead the creation and management of Tableau dashboards, lead AI-based automation workflows, and uphold data integrity across treasury financial systems. You’ll be central to cross-functional treasury projects involving system integration and data lake testing, delivering analytical insights to senior leadership. This position is a unique opportunity to define state-of-the-art, AI-enhanced treasury reporting on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate automated reports and key performance indicators with a focus on self-service data solutions for management teams.
• Manage and develop Tableau dashboards related to treasury activities, operations, liquidity management, and middle office functions.
• Create reports from data lakes and maintain treasury systems’ financial reporting tools.
• Participate in monthly management reporting cycles and treasury presentations.
• Design, test, and refine AI-driven workflows to enhance team processes, focusing on automation beyond simple AI usage.
• Develop automated reconciliation procedures including cross-system validations, exception reporting, and alerting systems.
• Implement AI-powered data quality validation for consistency across treasury sources.
• Automate dashboard features such as AI-generated commentary, alerts for data staleness, and automated refresh testing.
• Maintain detailed logs documenting AI processes, time savings, improvements, and best practices.
• Continuously identify and prototype new automation opportunities across treasury functions to improve operational efficiency.
• Enhance financial reports supporting treasury operations and participate in system validation and testing projects.
• Support ad hoc treasury analyses, including management of bank fee processes integrated with AI reporting.
• Ensure reliability of critical treasury reporting processes by providing cross-team backup and promoting collaborative cross-training.
• Assist with SOX control compliance related to reporting processes by maintaining up-to-date audit trail documentation.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in treasury, financial reporting, or data analytics roles.
• Strong enthusiasm and commitment to AI and automation as integral to role functions.
• Proficiency in Tableau or similar platforms to develop, maintain, and troubleshoot complex report suites.
• Knowledge in maintaining data quality and validating financial data across multiple systems.
• Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, with Workday experience considered a plus.
• Comfortable integrating AI tools into daily workflows and automating tasks; programming skills are beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience working within multinational treasury environments or global technology companies.
