About the Role
This opportunity is offered through a partner company based in the United States seeking a Training Specialist to create impactful, scalable learning experiences that enhance both customer and internal team understanding of innovative software platforms. This role blends instructional design, technical communication, and collaboration in a fully remote setting to improve product knowledge and user success.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain diverse training materials such as instructional guides, videos, live virtual sessions, and self-paced courses.
- Work closely with product, subject matter experts, and customer support teams to craft effective educational programs.
- Conduct role-based virtual training sessions for customers and employees.
- Support onboarding by delivering comprehensive product training and guidance on learning strategies and processes.
- Enhance curricula within learning management and internal training platforms.
- Train users on new product features, software updates, and technology enhancements.
- Measure, document, and analyze the effectiveness of training initiatives to identify improvements.
- Create scalable educational resources to promote user adoption and internal knowledge growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to assure training is aligned with product value and company goals.
- Share best practices, refine processes, and contribute ideas to elevate customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information, including protected health data, in compliance with regulations.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in training, instructional design, curriculum creation, or related fields.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to simplify complex technical information.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, adept at managing projects effectively.
- Customer-centric approach dedicated to delivering superior learning experiences.
- Proficient in coaching, teaching, and mentoring.
- Adaptable problem-solver thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Preferred experience with SaaS products and developing digital learning solutions.
- Experience using eLearning tools such as Camtasia and Audiate is advantageous.
- Background in clinical research, healthcare, medical technology, or related industries is preferred.
- Knowledge of clinical trial management systems is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare, business, IT, education, or a similar field is preferred.
