Training Executive

About the Role

YogKulam Yoga School is seeking a passionate Training Executive to join their team at the Lucknow location (Vikas Nagar, Sector 3). This full-time, on-site position focuses on fostering a culture of continuous learning and employee development across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and implement training sessions tailored for various departments, associates, interns, and franchise teams, including virtual trainings.
• Conduct induction programs and facilitate sessions on soft skills and behavioral development.
• Work closely with department leaders to identify skill gaps and organize a comprehensive training calendar.
• Create compelling training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), presentations, and other learning aids.
• Maintain records of training attendance, administer assessments, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Prior experience in training, learning and development, or human resources roles.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
