Role Responsibilities
- Participate in a comprehensive 15-month trainee program to build foundational expertise in media, covering individual channels to full campaign execution.
- Integrate fully with a client team from day one, supported throughout your training period.
- Develop skills aligned with personal strengths by working directly with notable clients from the portfolio.
- Engage in strategic planning including advertising activity coordination, audience analysis, and aligning actions with clients.
- Support campaign management through media space procurement across different channels and prepare detailed reporting on activities.
- Benefit from guaranteed permanent employment upon successful completion of the traineeship.
Candidate Profile
- Educational background with a completed degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, or media studies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office and a natural affinity for working with numbers.
- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English and clear, open conversational style.
- Reliable and organized work habits with enthusiasm for tackling new challenges.
- Self-driven motivation to deeply understand complex topics and proactively devise solutions.
- Demonstrated team spirit and hands-on mentality contributing value within team settings.
