This opportunity is for a Trading Support Operator in Germany, working on behalf of a partner company that handles the application process and all subsequent hiring stages. The role is part of a global, customer-facing support team focused on keeping real-time trading and data-led sports betting services running smoothly.
You will work across customer support, operational coordination, and product performance. The position calls for strong analytical thinking, a practical problem-solving style, and the ability to respond quickly in a fast-moving environment.
As a central contact point between sportsbook clients and internal teams, you will help resolve complex issues related to products, trading, and operations. This position also provides exposure to esports and sports betting markets, along with real-time trading systems and data-driven digital products.
Key accountabilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for sportsbook clients on product behavior, trading data, and operational questions, while providing prompt and accurate support.
- Review customer-raised problems, system alerts, and irregularities by collecting, checking, and interpreting the relevant information.
- Route more complex incidents to the appropriate technical or trading specialists and make sure they are tracked through to completion.
- Record, monitor, and maintain documentation of operational issues while supporting resolution workflows and service improvement efforts.
- Contribute to product improvement by relaying client feedback, spotting repeated defects, and helping update internal knowledge resources.
- Work closely with internal teams to strengthen service quality, product stability, and the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer support, operations, trading support, or another client-facing role.
- Strong analytical ability and confidence in breaking down and solving complex issues.
- Very good written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Careful attention to detail and the ability to stay accurate in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
- Comfort using collaboration and workplace tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, or Microsoft Teams.
- Genuine interest in esports, sports betting, trading-focused environments, or data-led digital products.
- Ability to learn new platforms, workflows, and technical concepts quickly, including working shifts or weekends when needed.
