Role Overview
This position focuses on supporting project delivery through the design, development, and deployment of tools ensuring efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with internal teams and clients to capture tool requirements accurately.
- Design tailored tool solutions considering existing tools and license constraints.
- Provide budget and timeline estimates for tool development and deployment phases.
- Identify and coordinate with internal teams or third-party vendors for new tool development aligned with project delivery schedules.
- Lead commercial negotiations with third-party suppliers for licenses or tool development services.
- Conduct thorough testing to guarantee error-free tool deployment.
- Ensure tools are deployed punctually and within defined budgets.
Performance Metrics
- Quality and suitability of the developed tool solutions.
- Completion of development and deployment according to planned schedules and budgets.
- Successful, error-free implementation of tools in the project environment.
Mandatory Skills and Experience
- Proven experience with BMC Control-M toolset.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in tool development and deployment.
