Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled carpenter to join our Technical Service department in Braunschweig. This role involves working on window elements, exterior doors, residential and interior doors, roller shutters, and minor locksmith tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform work on window assemblies, exterior and interior doors, roller shutters, and minor locksmith tasks
- Conduct modernisation and repair work in both occupied and vacant apartments
- Carry out repairs independently
- Perform on-site measurement and documentation of completed tasks
- Contribute to interior finishing work
- Participate in emergency on-call duties
Candidate Profile
- Completed professional training as a carpenter
- Several years of experience in the relevant field is advantageous
- Familiarity with tablet computers (e.g., iPad) is desirable
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility while collaborating effectively as part of a team
- Valid driving license class B
