Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Tele Sales Executive to join our team at our Chennai office (Tharamani). This position involves telephonic sales of financial products and requires fluency in Tamil and Telugu. The work is strictly office-based with no fieldwork component, and candidates will handle voice process calls only.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers by phone to promote and sell various financial products.
- Operate primarily during day shifts, ensuring attendance aligns with company timings.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets set periodically.
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency to meet established productivity standards.
- Adapt to shifting priorities as per organizational demands.
Qualifications and Candidate Profile
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Tamil and Telugu languages is mandatory.
Additional Information
- The company does not provide transportation or cab services; candidates must arrange their own commute.
