About the Role

Freshyzo Foods Private Limited is seeking a dynamic Telesales Executive based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The candidate will engage potential clients through calls to promote and schedule product trials, ensuring follow-ups and conversions that meet sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 40 to 60 warm calls daily to prospective customers.
• Arrange product trial sessions with interested clients.
• Perform follow-ups promptly and convert leads into sales.
• Handle objections from customers with confidence and clarity.
• Communicate updates and coordinate via WhatsApp.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

Candidate Profile

• Energetic and results-focused sales professional.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic knowledge of English.
• Prior experience in telesales, EdTech, insurance, or FMCG sectors preferred.
• Strong target orientation with a sales-driven attitude.
• Clear, confident speaking voice with persuasive conversation skills.
