Job Overview
Shri Misri Solutions Private Limited is seeking confident telecalling professionals for their Market Research team based in Rajajinagar, Bangalore. This role involves conducting outbound calls to gather market survey data through direct interaction with respondents.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound telephone calls to individuals for participating in market research surveys.
- Clearly articulate survey details and politely encourage participation.
- Enter and maintain accurate survey responses in the computer database.
- Ensure daily calling targets are consistently met.
Essential Requirements
- Proficiency in Telugu language (mandatory), plus fluency in at least one of these languages: English, Kannada, Tamil, or Malayalam.
- Basic computer skills to handle data input.
- Strong communication and attentive listening abilities.
- Positive attitude and comfort in making outbound telephone calls.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; previous experience in BPO, Telecalling or Customer Service is advantageous.
