Job Overview

Join BLR Properties as a Telecalling Executive responsible for assisting clients with our range of real estate services, scheduling site visits, and managing property availability inquiries. The position requires interaction with clients and prospects interested in properties, franchises, malls, projects, and real estate developer and agent listings.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients to provide information about company offerings and arrange site visits
Handle follow-ups and update the CRM system regularly
Make outbound calls to prospects interested in property listings and related services
Coordinate communication and ensure smooth scheduling for client visits

Requirements

Strong verbal communication skills
Experience working with CRM systems and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Ability to manage follow-ups efficiently

Additional Information

Openings for full-time and part-time field executives
Two-wheeler required for field visits
