Key Responsibilities

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls from customers efficiently.
• Provide detailed explanations of ShadiJodi's membership plans and services.
• Convert potential leads into confirmed paid memberships through persuasive communication.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective clients to encourage sign-ups.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance trust and satisfaction.
• Keep customer information and call logs accurately updated in the system.
• Consistently meet daily and monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries professionally and promptly.

Candidate Requirements

• Open to both freshers and experienced individuals.
• Strong communication skills paired with the ability to convincingly present information.
• Basic proficiency with computers to manage data entry and call records.
• A positive mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
