Role Overview
This full-time, on-site Telecaller position in Lucknow requires engaging in both outbound and inbound calls with potential and current clients. The role involves providing comprehensive information on residential construction services, addressing queries politely and professionally, and maintaining detailed call records. Responsibilities include updating client and lead details in the CRM system, collaborating with sales and project teams for follow-ups, and arranging appointments or site visits as necessary. Telecallers will explain project attributes, share pricing and procedural details according to company protocols, and contribute to strengthening customer relationships to boost satisfaction and conversion rates.
Candidate Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills paired with attentive listening and proper phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in customer service, relationship management, and problem resolution.
- Basic computer skills including data entry and familiarity with CRM or spreadsheet applications.
- Excellent time management, keen attention to detail, and adherence to structured workflows.
- Educational background such as a high school diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably complemented with experience in telecalling, sales assistance, or customer service roles.
- Fluency in Hindi and English with confidence in interacting with a diverse clientele.
- Experience in the real estate or construction sectors is beneficial along with maintaining a professional and ethical work mindset.
