Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Telecaller to engage customers by making outbound calls to promote various products and services, generate potential sales leads, and provide exceptional customer service. This role involves handling both outgoing and incoming communications to foster customer relationships and maintain detailed records.
Primary Duties
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective and current customers for product/service promotion and lead generation.
- Attend to incoming customer calls, promptly addressing questions, resolving complaints, and providing thorough support.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and build ongoing rapport.
- Keep comprehensive and updated records of all customer engagements in the database.
Compensation
The remuneration for this role ranges between 12000 to 18000 INR per month.
