Tele Collections Executive – Personal Loan

Job Overview

We are looking for a Tele Collections Executive to manage personal and business loan collections through telephone communications. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls related to overdue loan accounts and ensuring timely recovery of payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to collect payments for overdue Personal and Business Loans.
• Follow up with customers about pending EMI payments to ensure they are settled promptly.
• Negotiate repayment plans and professionally resolve any payment-related issues.
• Keep precise and up-to-date records of customer conversations, payment commitments, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
• Collaborate effectively with field collection teams and backend operations for comprehensive resolution of accounts.
• Adhere strictly to collection policies, company guidelines, and quality standards.
• Handle customer queries, disputes, and escalations with empathy and professionalism.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets set by the organization.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in tele collections, collections, or customer service roles specifically within the NBFC or BFSI sectors.
• Exemplary communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of English with Telugu or Kannada is also acceptable provided sales experience is demonstrated.
• Strong negotiation capabilities combined with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency in CRM applications and MS Office tools.
• Graduated from any discipline.
• Applicants should be under 30 years of age.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary range between ₹25,000 and ₹30,000.
• Annual compensation up to ₹350,000 including attractive incentive plans.
