Role Overview
The Team Member position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to join a dynamic, fast-paced restaurant environment. As part of the team, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and helping with food preparation, cleaning, and general restaurant operations under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, consistent customer service representative of Zeus Street Greek's brand.
- Take and process customer orders in person and through approved digital systems.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Prepare and assemble food and beverages according to recipes, procedures, and food safety requirements.
- Promptly and courteously serve food and drinks to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen, dining, and service areas.
- Wash dishes and manage waste disposal efficiently.
- Adhere to food safety regulations, workplace health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Perform additional reasonable tasks within your skill set and training.
