Team Leader

Overview

We are seeking an energetic and skilled Team Leader to oversee and inspire a group of sales executives in the financial services domain. This role involves steering the team towards meeting sales targets focused on loans like personal, business, and credit cards, while providing mentorship and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate sales executives and telecallers to achieve individual and team goals.
• Track daily sales performance and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
• Address customer inquiries ensuring outstanding service quality.
• Provide training and assistance to new hires to integrate them effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with banks and internal departments to facilitate smooth loan processing.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess 1 to 3 years of prior experience in sales or managing teams, preferably within financial services.
• Strong leadership with excellent communication capabilities.
• Proven ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
• Familiarity with loan products including personal loans, business loans, and credit cards is beneficial.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting tools.
• Education: Graduate or Diploma holder.
