Role Summary

The Global Sourcing team seeks a highly skilled Talent Sourcer to contribute to the future of global finance through high ownership, sound judgment, and navigating intricate hiring challenges within a fully remote, autonomous, and asynchronous environment prioritizing speed and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to formulate and implement effective hiring strategies.
• Collect and share competitive market intelligence identifying talent locations and analyzing industry trends.
• Work with the sourcing team to apply best research techniques, search strategies, tools, networking, and other sourcing methodologies.
• Develop and sustain a steady candidate pipeline across multiple disciplines utilizing data-driven decision making.
• Source candidates leveraging diverse platforms including social media, internal databases, job boards, and networks.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Kraken/Payward by embodying company values and elevating market presence.
• Participate in research initiatives and process improvements enhancing recruitment infrastructure.

• Proven success sourcing for fast-growing, high-caliber technology or product organizations, ideally with fintech, crypto, or product-driven background.
• Advanced expertise in translating hiring needs into precise sourcing strategies, proficient in boolean and X-ray search techniques.
• Highly self-driven and energetic with a proactive approach.
• Resourceful mindset perceiving challenges as opportunities.
• Strong intuition for product understanding.
• Solid fundamentals in talent acquisition complemented by creativity and curiosity about modern recruitment tactics.
• Demonstrate high initiative, decisiveness, stakeholder influence, and uncompromising commitment to hiring top talent.
• Adapt well to ambiguous and dynamic environments with the ability to independently manage outcomes and work efficiently in a fully remote asynchronous setup.
• Capable of generating insightful market intelligence grounded in fintech and crypto knowledge.
