Role Overview
We are expanding our recruitment team and are looking for a smart, curious Talent Sourcer to contribute in attracting specialized talent. This role focuses on sourcing exceptional candidates for our QA, Support, Security, and Infrastructure departments, helping shape JetBrains' future.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with recruitment colleagues and hiring managers to identify and engage top talent.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain talent pools by leveraging multiple sourcing channels.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely and transparent communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the recruitment system.
- Share market insights and knowledge with the recruitment team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven background in sourcing or talent research roles.
- Strong advocate for delivering excellent candidate experiences.
- Ability to communicate clearly and transparently with candidates throughout recruitment stages.
- Passion for building long-lasting relationships with candidates.
- Experience devising sourcing strategies across numerous roles and locations.
- Creative and resourceful in identifying and engaging outstanding candidates.
- Good knowledge of the IT sector or other skilled industries, with skill in recognizing top talent.
- Comfortable navigating professional networks and databases for talent sourcing.
- Fluent English communication skills for interaction with candidates and internal teams.
- Experience working in international settings, preferably focusing on European markets.
- Familiarity with diversity sourcing initiatives.
- Thrives in collaborative and innovative team environments.
