Overview

Join the Regional People Experience team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist supporting recruitment efforts for Southeast Asia and Oceania. This role encompasses managing the complete recruitment process, collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR partners to attract and secure the best talent across the region.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities from job requisition to candidate selection and offer negotiation.
  • Source, engage, and evaluate candidates across Singapore and selected markets within Southeast Asia and Oceania.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Deliver a seamless and positive recruitment experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Forge and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, HR, and compensation teams to align hiring strategies and provide recruitment insights.
  • Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, supplying regular updates on hiring progress.
  • Develop and nurture talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and various sourcing platforms.
  • Champion Samsung's employer brand and communicate its Employee Value Proposition throughout the hiring journey.
  • Assist in employer branding campaigns, career events, and regional talent acquisition projects.
  • Contribute to regional Talent Acquisition initiatives focused on employer branding, process optimizations, market research, and recruitment best practices.
  • Ensure accurate recruitment records using applicant tracking systems, generate recruitment reports, and comply with company policies.
  • Support hiring analytics efforts identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, operational efficiency, and candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an in-house, multinational corporate or agency setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment across diverse functions and preferably multi-country or regional hiring exposure.
  • Proficiency in sourcing candidates leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
  • Expertise in direct sourcing methods including Boolean and X-ray search techniques.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deliver excellent candidate experiences.
  • Experience working with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems is advantageous.
  • A strong eagerness to learn about talent market trends, sourcing innovations, and recruitment best practices continually.
