Supply Chain Intern

Role overview

Moët Hennessy Singapore is hiring a Supply Chain Intern to support its regional supply chain team. This role is designed for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a luxury business environment. You will work closely with the Head of Supply Chain Operations and contribute to data-led improvements, operational efficiency, and process development across APAC supply chain activities.

The internship is intended to last 6 months. The expected schedule is full-time, 5 days per week, with a start date in the first week of August 2026.

What you'll work on

About 40% of the role focuses on supply chain data analytics and strengthening technical capabilities. You will partner with the team to find opportunities for better decision-making through data, help create training content, and use tools such as Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and Python for cleaning, reporting, automation, and dashboard work. You will also contribute to documenting best practices for data handling and analysis.

Another 20% is centered on operational process improvement. This includes examining current internal workflows to spot bottlenecks, simplifying the finished-goods request flow across departments, exploring automation opportunities, and supporting updates to standard operating procedures where improvements are identified.

The remaining 40% involves regional data management, reporting, and cost monitoring. You will help gather, validate, and organize operational information from APAC markets, such as CO2 reports, distribution costs, and stock take reports. You will also support cost analysis, benchmarking, regional operating review materials, and ad-hoc data or project requests from the Head of Supply Chain Operations.

Learning outcomes

By the end of the internship, you can expect practical exposure to supply chain analytics, reporting, and dashboard building using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and Python. You will gain insight into APAC supply chain operations, cost tracking, benchmarking, and performance analysis, while also learning how automation, AI, and digital tools can be applied to improve efficiency.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate is currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline. Strong analytical thinking, careful attention to detail, and comfort working with data are important for success in this role.

You should be confident in Excel, and any experience with Power Query, Power BI, or Python will be an advantage. Interest in supply chain operations, logistics, inventory management, and process improvement is also important. Clear communication, the ability to present data-based insights, and a proactive mindset are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
