Job description
Overview
This role demands substantial expertise in SuccessFactors Compensation modules with at least 5 years of experience. The position is based in Hyderabad with possible opportunities in Bangalore and Pune, requiring immediate availability.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage at least two complete End-to-End SuccessFactors Compensation cycles including variable pay elements.
- Possess in-depth understanding of SuccessFactors Compensation functionalities such as Short Term Incentive, Long Term Incentive Plans, Merit for salaried and union/non-union employees governed by collective agreements.
- Develop and handle SF Compensation Statements and utilize BIZX reporting tools including ORD and Reporting Analytics.
- Engage actively with launch and routing forms within the system.
