Student Counsellor

Role Overview

As a Student Counsellor, you will engage with prospective students through leads generated from advertisements and social media platforms. Your primary responsibilities include understanding each student's background and aspirations to effectively guide them to suitable baking courses.

Key Duties

• Manage incoming inquiries from various channels and conduct detailed counseling sessions.
• Explain course features and benefits clearly, handle questions and concerns to influence enrollment decisions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups using WhatsApp, phone calls, and messages to boost enrollment numbers.
• Maintain accurate and updated lead information utilizing Google Sheets or customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication skills in English, with additional regional language proficiency preferred.
• Previous experience in academic counseling or telesales is advantageous.
• Enthusiasm for education, baking, or the culinary sector is a positive plus.
• Basic proficiency with computers and smartphones is required.
• Self-driven approach with a goal-oriented and optimistic attitude.

Additional Details

• This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity.
• A personal laptop is required to fulfill job responsibilities.
• Salary ranges between 15,000 and 35,000 INR per month.
