Role Overview

This full-time, permanent role operates on a day shift (Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:06 PM) based at Minto, NSW. The position involves managing the despatch of customer orders, receiving and inspecting deliveries for quality and accuracy, recording stock movements, and maintaining inventory and store reports. The operator will handle forklifts and other material handling equipment (MHE) to transport containers, crates, cartons, IBCs, and palletised goods. Additional housekeeping duties will also be required.

Candidate Profile

• Must possess a valid Australian forklift licence (LF).
• At least three years of experience operating both counterbalance and high reach forklifts is essential.
• Experience with Mobicon straddle carriers is a plus.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy items up to 25 kilograms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and effective time management.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Preferably familiar with Dangerous Goods handling and HACCP standards.
• Dependable with a commitment to full-time employment.
• Must provide two contactable professional references.
