About the Role
Noorka Logistics invites applications for a reliable and detail-focused Storekeeper to become a vital part of our warehouse operations in Dubai. This position suits a candidate experienced in inventory management, capable of maintaining precise stock records, supervising goods storage, and contributing to smooth warehouse workflows. The incumbent will play a key role in ensuring inventory supports the company’s logistics and supply chain functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Accept, inspect, and securely store incoming shipments, materials, and equipment.
- Keep up-to-date and accurate inventory records within stock management systems.
- Observe stock quantities and notify management of shortages or restocking needs.
- Distribute materials and supplies exclusively to authorized staff and departments.
- Arrange warehouse storage systematically to facilitate accessibility and effective stock control.
- Perform regular stocktaking and assist in conducting inventory audits.
- Cross-verify delivery contents against purchase orders and communicate any inconsistencies.
- Maintain thorough documentation of stock movements including receipts, transfers, and dispatches.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and warehouse standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in roles such as Storekeeper, Inventory Controller, or Warehouse Assistant.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management procedures.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and inventory software tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous record-keeping.
- Strong attention to detail ensuring data accuracy.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively within teams.
