Role Overview
We are looking for dedicated Store Persons and Pick-Packers to join our Stapylton, Queensland distribution warehouse on a casual basis. This pivotal role involves accurate order picking and safe handling of stock, helping deliver our products throughout Australia and New Zealand. You will be part of a cohesive warehouse team that values safety, precision, and cooperation.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately selecting and packing customer orders.
- Safely handling and moving stock, including some manual lifting tasks.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient.
- Working productively to achieve daily operational targets.
- Fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or pick-and-pack environment is preferred.
- Capability to perform manual lifting safely.
- High attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- A dependable, optimistic, and team-oriented attitude.
- Eager to learn new skills and actively contribute to team success.
- Forklift license is an advantage, though not mandatory.
