Key Responsibilities
- Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager in managing daily stockroom logistics, inventory control, and replenishing stock to sales floor to ensure an exceptional factory outlet customer experience
- Provide feedback to store leadership regarding resource requirements to maintain efficient stockroom operations and uphold a premium stockroom standard
- Represent adidas brand values and products with enthusiasm and impact within the stockroom and store environment
- Implement and ensure adherence to global retail operational guidelines, policies, and standards in the back-of-house areas; contribute ideas to enhance the Factory Outlet experience
- Contribute to achieving and surpassing sales and profit objectives, supporting overall store profitability
- Support store leadership in delivering excellent customer experiences while meeting commercial targets
Preferred Experience
- Leadership experience in retail managing men's or women's apparel or sports footwear teams
- Familiarity with stockroom management procedures and best practices
