Overview
Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Ayurvedic Nurse to assist doctors and therapists in providing traditional Ayurvedic treatments and delivering exceptional patient care within a hospital environment. The ideal candidate will have relevant nursing qualifications and experience in Ayurvedic healthcare.
Key Duties
- Assist Ayurvedic physicians during consultations and treatment sessions.
- Support Panchakarma therapies along with other Ayurvedic procedural treatments.
- Prepare and ensure patient comfort throughout therapeutic interventions.
- Closely monitor patients’ conditions and communicate any changes or concerns promptly to the medical team.
- Maintain and update patient treatment records and documentation accurately.
- Assist in the dispensing of prescribed Ayurvedic medications.
- Uphold stringent hygiene standards within patient care and treatment areas.
- Educate patients on appropriate diet plans and care routines following therapy as per doctor’s guidance.
- Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare staff to facilitate smooth clinical operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM), B.Sc Nursing, or certification/diploma in Ayurvedic Nursing or Panchakarma Nursing.
- Registration with Nursing Council preferred if applicable.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience working in hospitals or clinics, preferably in Ayurvedic settings.
Skills and Competencies
- Basic understanding of Ayurvedic treatments and patient care protocols.
- Excellent communication abilities in Hindi and English.
- Proficient in patient handling and care.
- Strong focus on detail and maintenance of hygiene practices.
- Team collaboration skills.
Preferred Profile
- Experience in Ayurvedic hospitals or wellness centers.
- Familiarity with Panchakarma procedures.
- Open to both female and male candidates based on requirement.

Additional Information
Work Schedule: 6 days per week.
