Job Overview

The role entails crafting and serving diverse coffee beverages, maintaining cleanliness and order in the workspace and customer area, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and working efficiently under high-pressure periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks adhering to quality standards.
• Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment correctly.
• Follow and surpass required food hygiene, licensing, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with managers and waitstaff to facilitate seamless service.
• Clean bar areas, utensils, and equipment; restock supplies such as napkins, glasses, ice, and condiments.
• Manage food storage, ordering, dating, and sanitization to ensure product integrity and quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of High School Diploma or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in food and beverage preparation or related customer service roles.
• Competence in operating coffee machines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong commitment to delivering superior customer service and satisfaction.
