Overview
We are seeking a talented Content Marketing Specialist with a knack for social media storytelling and video content creation. You will transform real-life craftwork stories into compelling short-form videos across platforms like Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, working on-site in Germany starting from August 15, 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and produce social-first content for the company's channels, overseeing projects from conceptualization to publication.
- Film and edit videos both in front of and behind the camera, delivering high-quality, platform-optimized short videos promptly.
- Visit clients, construction sites, and other practical settings regularly to capture authentic craft-related stories.
- Innovate new content formats with distinctive branding, actively contributing creative ideas within the team.
- Develop video content with a strong social-first mindset that captures attention, remains relatable, and performs well organically.
- Build and maintain a reliable network consisting of craftsmen, creators, and other relevant contacts.
Candidate Profile
- Strong intuition for social media trends, storytelling, and viral mechanisms.
- Confidence and charisma both on camera and behind it, able to engage people naturally.
- Proficient in video editing and experienced handling mobile camera equipment.
- Quickly establish trust with individuals and identify genuine, relevant, and engaging stories.
- Self-driven, hands-on working style with a sharp eye for quality, speed, and platform compatibility.
- Ideally, prior experience producing content that has built reach and genuinely connected with audiences.
- Fluent German language skills (min. C1) and good English proficiency (min. B2).

Salary
The salary range for this position is between 36,000 and 49,000 Euros annually.
