Currently available at our Flinders Street location in Adelaide, this position is open for immediate hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of the coworking space operation, collaborating with the Regional Manager to boost occupancy and foster community spirit.
• Respond promptly to sales inquiries, conduct facility tours, and convert prospects into active members.
• Handle daily workspace issues proactively to maintain smooth operations.
• Uphold high standards of presentation and setup for the space every day.
• Assist with local marketing efforts, including managing Instagram content and networking with local business groups.
• Welcome and support members and visitors, establishing a positive initial impression and serving as their primary point of contact.
• Develop relationships with community members and ensure a consistent onboarding experience for newcomers.
• Organize and host community-building events such as weekly social drinks and monthly member breakfasts.
• Prepare and distribute communications to members to keep them informed and connected.
• Perform general administrative and office duties as required.

• Experience in retail or hospitality management or similar leadership roles with a customer-facing focus.
