About the Role
If you come from retail, hospitality, or a comparable customer-facing sector and seek a fresh challenge, this position as a Space Leader might be perfect. This role offers the chance to develop management skills in an office environment with no weekend or late-night shifts. WOTSO provides flexible coworking spaces designed to support diverse businesses through community engagement, convenience, and connection.
Currently available at our Flinders Street location in Adelaide, this position is open for immediate hire.
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of the coworking space operation, collaborating with the Regional Manager to boost occupancy and foster community spirit.
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries, conduct facility tours, and convert prospects into active members.
- Handle daily workspace issues proactively to maintain smooth operations.
- Uphold high standards of presentation and setup for the space every day.
- Assist with local marketing efforts, including managing Instagram content and networking with local business groups.
- Welcome and support members and visitors, establishing a positive initial impression and serving as their primary point of contact.
- Develop relationships with community members and ensure a consistent onboarding experience for newcomers.
- Organize and host community-building events such as weekly social drinks and monthly member breakfasts.
- Prepare and distribute communications to members to keep them informed and connected.
- Perform general administrative and office duties as required.

- Experience in retail or hospitality management or similar leadership roles with a customer-facing focus.
- Professional demeanor combined with approachability and confidence when engaging with a diverse clientele.
- Flexible, proactive nature with a hands-on attitude.
