Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a variety of effective massage techniques aimed at promoting relaxation, enhancing circulation, relieving muscle tension, and boosting sports recovery.
- Utilize complementary practices such as acupressure, Shiatsu, and therapeutic aids like infra-red lamps, wet compresses, ice, essential oils, and herbal or mineral therapies to aid guests’ recovery.
- Perform beauty treatments adhering to high professional standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional five-star service with meticulous attention to detail.
- Build and maintain long-standing relationships with local clients while benefiting from incentive programs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Level 3 Certificate in Massage Therapy or its NZQA equivalent.
- Bring at least 12 months of experience in a comparable role, preferably within luxury spas or hotel settings.
- Previous retail sales experience is an asset.
- Familiarity with luxury brands such as L’Occitane and confidence in performing beauty and maintenance treatments.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
