About the Role

Buonasera Media Services (BMS) seeks a full-time Social Media Content Creator to support one of its clients, a prominent regional grocery brand in the Southeast. This role is ideal for someone passionate about crafting engaging short-form videos, writing compelling copy, and enhancing brand identity on social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit short-form videos such as Reels and Stories tailored for social media.
• Compose captivating copy suitable for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Follow the content calendar meticulously, aligning with content pillars, formats, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with the team on scheduling posts, managing influencer partnerships, and analyzing content performance.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in developing content for brand social media accounts.
• Proficient in video recording and editing using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or equivalents.
• Skilled in versatile copywriting that adapts to different platforms and maintains brand voice consistency.
• Experience with social media management and design tools such as Hootsuite and Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Background in grocery, retail, or consumer packaged goods sectors is advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced agency environment.

Work Arrangement

This position operates under a hybrid model. Most tasks will be completed remotely; however, candidates must be able to commute to the Matthews, NC corporate office or nearby retail locations as needed.
