Key Responsibilities
The Slickline Service Leader oversees daily operations of Slickline service personnel and shop teams to fulfill client requirements efficiently. This role involves recruiting crews, handling disciplinary measures when necessary, and focusing heavily on developing team members through mentoring and practical on-the-job training. The Service Leader ensures superior service standards and customer satisfaction by enforcing adherence to established processes. Additionally, they mentor and evaluate the skills of Slickline Service Supervisors, Service Operators, and Operator Assistants.
Part of the role includes providing technical guidance for job designs based on downhole conditions within the Design of Service framework. The leader regularly engages with customer representatives onsite to obtain feedback and resolve operational challenges. Compliance with health, safety, and environmental management systems (HMS) and regulatory standards is mandatory, and any deviations are managed through a formal Management of Change protocol.
Depending on the location, duties may extend to collecting performance data, soliciting customer feedback, and processing job documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
An individual must hold at least a high school diploma complemented by a minimum of three years’ experience as a Service Supervisor. Location and Job Details
This position is based in Ras Laffan Industrial City, Zubara, Doha, Qatar. It is a full-time role within Support Services. Compensation is competitive and aligned with the candidate’s experience.
