Overview
Watershed Building Company, a renowned custom home builder recognized for its high-quality constructions and renovations along with personalized service, is seeking a Site Supervisor to join their dynamic and friendly team. The appointed individual will collaborate closely with the builder to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet superior finish standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential construction projects to guarantee adherence to exceptional quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Administration team to schedule trades and oversee timely procurement and delivery of materials to construction sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections on active projects to ensure trades operate safely and respectfully.
- Maintain strong relationships with tradespeople and suppliers through effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure building work complies with all relevant building codes and demonstrates excellent craftsmanship.
- Interpret building plans, engineers’ reports, and specifications accurately.
- Serve as a dependable, positive on-site presence and primary contact for trades.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any emerging issues in partnership with trades and service providers.

Candidate Requirements
- Exceptional communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Preferably a carpentry trade background.
- At least five years of experience in construction.
- Possession of a full driver's license.
- Proficient in IT and capable of reading and interpreting building plans.
