Role Overview

The Shop Floor Assistant position entails merchandising, rotating, and arranging stock within a designated department while ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.

Candidate Profile

Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Embody Centra's brand values: Pride, Energy, Creativity, and Community orientation;
Handle order processing across multiple departments;
Ensure the entire store is merchandised and displayed consistently to high-quality standards;
Collaborate with the Store Manager on updates to displays, endcaps, and aisle arrangements, overseeing accurate execution of changes;
Implement proper stock labeling and rotation to maintain freshness and compliance;
Verify incoming deliveries according to the goods inward procedures;
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the back-store area.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: Approximately 10:00 to 18:00
