Job Overview

We are seeking a Shift Manager or Shift Associate to oversee store operations at our locations in Swaroop Nagar and Saket Nagar. The primary focus is to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, enhance sales through high standards in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Key Responsibilities

Organize and execute daily store operations to maintain efficiency and promote sales growth.
Manage customer-related issues such as complaints and grievances promptly and professionally.
Guide and assist customers by welcoming them and recommending suitable products.
Maintain precise and accurate records of inventory including materials received, issued, and store receipts based on daily requirements.
