Role Overview

The Service Advisor plays a key role in assisting clients to comprehend maintenance or repair options for their vehicles, addressing their questions and guiding them before they meet the technician.

Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic checks to identify underlying issues, determine necessary repairs, and parts replacements.
Discuss diagnosis findings and repair plans with customers, ensuring they fully understand the services required, utilizing an appropriate diagnostic checklist.
Inform customers in detail about the essential maintenance and repair services needed for their vehicles.
Promote additional services to customers to encourage upselling opportunities.
Welcome and engage with customers, accurately assess their needs, and arrange service appointments accordingly.
Collaborate directly with customers to gather their requirements and convey accurate information to Service Technicians for optimal service delivery.
Respond to inquiries related to service results, appointment schedules, vehicle drop-off, and pickup processes.
Manage customer concerns, complaints, and questions professionally and efficiently.
Maintain communication by following up on estimate approvals, service progress, and completed repairs.
