Service Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-centric Service Advisor to provide essential administrative support to our Sinotruk Service and Parts teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient daily operations of the aftersales department and will be stationed at our Abu Dhabi Workshop, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver administrative assistance to the Service Manager, Workshop, and After Sales teams.
• Generate and oversee service job cards, repair orders, and workshop documentation.
• Arrange service bookings and maintain communication with customers about vehicle repairs and servicing.
• Prepare and manage quotations, cost estimates, and invoices for the workshop jobs.
• Track purchase orders, warranty claims, and service-related paperwork.
• Coordinate with the Parts department to secure parts availability for scheduled maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain precise records of customers, vehicles, and services within the ERP system.
• Review workshop reports, technicians' timesheets, and job progress updates.
• Support warranty processes and handle manufacturer documentation.
• Compile daily and monthly aftersales reports along with key performance indicator data.
• Address customer inquiries professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and manufacturer requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in administrative or coordination roles within heavy commercial vehicles or heavy equipment sectors.
• Background supporting workshop, service, or aftersales functions.
• Excellent organizational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service capabilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
