Job Overview

We seek an experienced Senior Zoho Developer to join our team, who has a minimum of five years implementing Zoho suite products including Zoho CRM, Books, and Creator, with hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, customize, and manage the full range of Zoho One applications such as CRM, Books, Analytics, Creator, Projects, and Desk.
• Develop and sustain custom features, widgets, and functionalities tailored to business needs.
• Integrate Zoho applications with external third-party systems using APIs.
• Diagnose and resolve problems related to Zoho applications efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with the support team to address reported issues, maintain issue tracking, and provide regular progress updates.
• Independently lead projects to successful completion.
• Employ various strategies and tools to resolve end-user challenges effectively.
• Respond promptly to support requests and incorporate end-user feedback.
• Document processes, configurations, and application customizations thoroughly.
• Provide training and continuous support to end-users.
• Design and generate reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics.

Candidate Requirements

• At least five years of experience deploying Zoho products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Deluge scripting, API integration with Zoho apps, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ReactJS, PHP, SQL, and Zoho Widget development.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Books, Creator, Flow, Analytics, Desk, and Marketing applications.
• Possession of certifications in Zoho CRM and/or Creator is highly desirable.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Educational background in Master of Computer Applications, BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent fields.
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools and help desk systems.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests calmly and remain professional under pressure.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and embraces a growth-oriented mindset.
