Role Summary
We invite experienced Senior DevOps Engineers to participate in a compensated remote program focused on AI training involving Infrastructure as Code (IaC). This position involves creating realistic engineering ticket-like prompts, configuring LocalStack sandbox environments, and developing optimal solutions validated by automated end-to-end tests to aid AI models in mastering Terraform, AWS CDK, and CloudFormation. The role offers flexible, asynchronous remote work suitable for senior professionals in DevOps, cloud, or infrastructure engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate natural language prompts resembling authentic engineering tickets with nuanced ambiguity and professional context to enable AI to tackle real-world problems.
- Install and configure LocalStack sandbox environments to simulate AWS infrastructure for testing purposes.
- Develop initial infrastructure configurations alongside "golden" reference solutions that meet all automated testing criteria.
- Maintain high-quality standards for task content, rejecting simplistic or improperly formatted submissions.
- Assess and select correct answers between AI-generated responses related to infrastructure challenges.
- Compose concise, foundational prompts that initiate AI model task construction.
Required Qualifications
- Senior-level expertise in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Professional experience with one or more key IaC tools, prioritizing AWS CDK, Terraform (HCL), or CloudFormation; familiarity with Pulumi, AzureRM, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet is considered a plus.
- Strong programming skills in at least one of these languages: TypeScript, Python, JavaScript, or Java, for scripting and infrastructure testing.
- Excellent written communication skills in English capable of clearly explaining complex technical details within strict style guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation up to 50 USD per hour, with additional bonuses; exact rates depend on skills and project demands.
- Payments are processed through PayPal and AirTM platforms.
- Flexible scheduling with workload varying by project availability, typically between 5 and 10 hours weekly, with options up to 40 hours.
