Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Sales Associate to elevate customer satisfaction and uphold high standards at our retail location in Kochi, Kerala. This role promises a monthly remuneration between 18,000 and 26,000 INR.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Maintain the store's presentation and visual merchandising to exemplary standards.
Respond effectively to customer inquiries concerning our products and services.
Support inventory control and management activities as needed.
Demonstrate products and articulate their benefits to customers.
Organize and arrange products for sales display.
Process customer payments and record transactions using cash registers.
