About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Property Advisor or Relationship Manager specializing in the Bengaluru residential and commercial real estate market. This position serves as the main contact for serious homebuyers and investors, guiding them through the entire sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales activities and nurture leads from initial contact to closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing expert real estate advisory.
- Negotiate deals and finalize sales agreements effectively to maximize client satisfaction and conversion rates.
- Develop relationships with channel partners to enhance sales opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze competitor launches, pricing, and marketing tactics within Bengaluru's real estate sector.
Experience and Eligibility
The role demands 1 to 3 years of experience for Property Advisors and 3 to 6 years for Relationship Managers, with a focus on real estate sales within Bengaluru.
Compensation
