- Mentor and coach other Product Managers to cultivate their professional development.
Skills and Experience
- Over 5 years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, or closely related industries.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering end-to-end product features within collaborative, cross-functional teams.
- Strong skills in translating customer requirements into detailed product specifications.
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and partnership-based product models.
- Preferred exposure to payment systems, tokenisation, or fintech ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning applications for product development and workflow enhancement, including evaluating AI features and limitations.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and proficient use of Jira or similar issue tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Availability to occasionally work outside standard hours to engage with global, multi-timezone teams.
