Role Overview

The Senior Partner Success Manager will oversee strategic partnerships with universities, ensuring sustained engagement, increased adoption, and positive outcomes such as renewals and expansions. This position combines direct account leadership with strategic planning to foster long-term relationships across higher education institutions.

Key Duties

• Own a portfolio of key university partnerships, crafting and executing strategic plans aligned with client goals and Mantra's services.
• Lead retention and growth through driving renewals, upselling, and enhancing partner satisfaction by engaging multiple stakeholders.
• Create and present executive-level reports, including product demos and quarterly business reviews that translate data into actionable insights emphasizing ROI.
• Work closely with Clinical, Marketing, Product, and Implementation teams to fulfill partner requirements, facilitate feedback, and support new service deployments.
• Guide partners during implementations and organizational changes, fostering adoption and aligning stakeholders for long-term success.
• Reach revenue goals through renewals, expansions, and introducing new offerings.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong background in partner success or customer account management, ideally within health technology, SaaS, or higher education sectors, with a preference for higher education experience.
• Proven track record managing high-level client relationships with successful outcomes including renewals and upsells.
• Experience leading executive conversations, drafting account plans, and conducting business reviews.
• Proficiency in project management and excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated sense of ownership.
• Passion for advancing mental health care accessibility and equity in higher education, along with creativity and curiosity.
• Familiarity with AI tools for communication and workflow automation.

Preferred Extras

• Experience collaborating with universities, colleges, or mental health organizations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Looker, or similar CRM and analytics platforms.
• Background in clinical services, healthcare delivery, or student affairs.
